The Founder
Born from a
backstage wake-up call.
Gina Pero was a Radio City Rockette for three seasons. In her second season, she was struck in the head backstage, setting off a journey that changed everything. That moment became the crack that let the light in.
What followed was a deep pursuit of healing, self-discovery, and purpose, ultimately leading to an ICF Master Certified Coach credential, multiple Amazon bestselling books, an international speaking career, and the creation of the first coaching certification built specifically for the dance world.
She built the 5678 Coaching Academy so the path forward is clear, for every dancer, educator, and parent who is ready for more.
